direction on wearing
* Starting out wear your waist trainer on the most comfortable section for no more than 3-5 hours
*building a routine is always great! wearing it 3-4 a week is good or even every time you plan to work out Would reccommend 3 to 5 hours a day to get use to it
*wear it under your shirt for better compressing results
Waist trainer cleaning
- Hand wash and air dry with 2 pumps of soap
- DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY!
